So I've decided that the layout and banner we had before was a bit dark and dull. Now, I've made a new banner and have chosen a layout by the talented morirvivo. Hopefully the community looks a little more bright and shiny now! You can leave a comment here if you're having any trouble or anything of the sort with the new layout.

It seems that we haven't made the 2 figures in sign-ups. So, I am going to extend the sign-ups period until August 5th before I post the themes and info for Round One.
